AVIAHELP company took an active part in the exposition, which brought together leading players in the field of civil and military aviation. The high concentration of aviation market specialists at one site allowed all exhibitors to benefit and carry out fruitful work - from exchanging relevant data in the field of aviation to concluding promising agreements.
AVIAHELP employees also held a series of productive negotiations on joint projects with Russian and international partners of the company. In addition, AVIAHELP successfully presented its services for the supply of aircraft spare parts, as well as the modernization of Russian-made helicopters and aircraft, which attracted the special attention of aviation professionals. It is worth noting that in the Middle East and Africa, Russian military equipment is traditionally in high demand, and recently, interest in civil aviation and dual-use equipment has noticeably intensified.
The head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, who headed the Russian delegation at the exhibition this year, also noted the active development of trade and economic relations between Russia and the UAE: “We have excellent relations, and His Highness (the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan - note by AVIAHELP) found the opportunity to meet with us. We spent a lot of time together discussing substantive issues of bilateral cooperation. ”
According to the General Director of AVIAHELP Yuri Ridzel, the Middle East region is a strategically important object for the development of partnerships in the field of aviation. “Dubai Airshow is a unique business platform for professionals in the aerospace industry, thanks to which we can present our competencies in the aviation services market, as well as communicate with our international partners and establish new business contacts with other participants in the air show,” added Mr. Ridzel.
This year, the exhibition traditionally pleased its guests with a spectacular flight program, which presented 165 aircraft from around the world, including the world's largest passenger aircraft, business jets and fighter jets.
More than 1,288 companies from 63 countries took part in Dubai Airshow 2019, and the number of visitors to the aerospace exhibition was about 90 thousand people.
The air show has been held since 1989 with the support of the government, the civil aviation of the emirate of Dubai and the Ministry of Defense of the UAE once every two years.
