AVIAHELP GROUP CJSC, the largest Russian independent aviation parts supplier announces the change of its commercial name. The new name of the company is as follows:

• A full commercial name is AVIAHELP GROUP Joint stock company • An abbreviate commercial name is AVIAHELP GROUP JSC • In English there were no changes made

Those amendments were made in accordance with Point 1 Article 97 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the revision of the Federal Law dated May’5 2014 N 99-ФЗ «On amendments to Chapter 4 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and recognition of certain regulations invalid».

The amendments in the commercial name neither implicit any structure or staff changes nor provoke functional changes, obligations towards clients and partners are valid. All the company bank details, its legal and correspondence addresses and contact data are valid as well.
